​A relaxing and mindful hike in Icelandic nature. 

In this hiking tour, we start the walk in silence as we head into the wild Icelandic nature. There are regular stops mixed in with breathing exercises, yoga poses, and meditation. The hike is not strenuous, but quite relaxed.
